Teaching Exploration on the Integration of PLC Course and Educational Theory of“Teaching,Learning,Doing in One”

践行陶行知先生“教学做”合一的教育思想,将“教学做”3要素融于高等职业教育教学之中,理论教学与实践教学相互融合,促进理论知识有效地转化为技能,在鼓励学生成为学习的主导者的同时,激发他们的潜能,提高学生的理论认知能力和技能水平,才能更好的体现出高等职业教育人才培养过程的核心教学思想,这也是理实一体化教学模式要实现的目标.

In order to practice Mr.Tao Xingzhi’s educational theory of“teaching,learning and doing in one”and integrate these three elements into the teaching of higher vocational education,it is proposed that we should integrate theoretical teaching and practical teaching,promote the effective transformation of theoretical knowledge into skills,encourage students to become the leader of learning,stimulate their potential,and improve students’theoretical and cognitive ability skill level.Through these measures,the core teaching idea of higher vocational education personnel training process could be better reflected,which is also the goal of the integration of theory and practice teaching mode.
