摘要
为了高效开发利用四川某中低品位含镁胶磷矿石资源,采用反浮选工艺进行了脱镁试验。结果表明,PA-70是优良的反浮选脱镁捕收剂;反浮选条件试验确定的磨矿细度-0.074 mm80.25%,粗选硫酸用量12 kg/t、磷酸用量6 kg/t、PA-70用量1.1 kg/t,精选PA-70用量0.3 kg/t;试验采用1粗1精2扫、扫选中矿顺序返回闭路流程处理矿石,获得了P2O5品位33.01%、P2O5回收率88.25%、MgO含量1.31%的磷精矿,产品质量达到了酸法加工用磷矿石的标准。
In order to make efficient use of middle-low grade collophanite ore resource in Sichuan.Reverse flotation process was adopted in the experiment on removing magnesium.The results show that PA 70 is an excellent reverse flotation collector for removing magnesium;the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 80.25%determined by the reverse flotation condition test,the dosage of roughing sulfuric acid is 12 kg/t,the dosage of phosphoric acid is 6 kg/t,the dosage of PA-70 is 1.1 kg/t,and the dosage of PA-70 is 0.3 kg/t in cleaning;Phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade 33.01%,P2O5 recovery 88.25%and MgO grade 1.31%was obtained by the closed-circuit process of one roughing,one cleaning,two scavenging,and then the scavenging and selecting ore were returned to the corresponding process.The product quality met the standard of phosphate ore for acid processing.
