摘要 为解决传统圆振动筛处理量小、筛分效率低、维护成本高等问题,国内相关设备厂家研发出性能优良、应用前景广阔的香蕉筛。介绍了LKBB-Ⅰ系列香蕉筛的工作原理及结构特点,从筛机性能等方面与传统圆振动筛进行了对比。在河钢矿业、首钢矿业和京城矿业3个大型矿山的应用表明,LKBB-Ι系列香蕉筛筛分效率高,在提高处理量的同时还可降低破碎设备的负荷,降本增效效果显著。 In order to solve the problems of small capacity,low efficiency,and high maintenance costs of traditional circular vibrating screens,domestic equipment manufacturers have developed banana screens with excellent performance and broad application prospects.The principle and structural characteristics of the LKBB-I series banana screen are introduced here,and the performance of banana screen is compared with traditional circular screen.The applications of banana screens in the three large mines-HBIS Mining,Shougang Mining and Jingcheng Mining show that the LKBB-I series banana screen has high screening efficiency,which can reduce the load of the crushing equipment while increasing capacity,and the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency is significant.
