In order to solve the problems of small capacity,low efficiency,and high maintenance costs of traditional circular vibrating screens,domestic equipment manufacturers have developed banana screens with excellent performance and broad application prospects.The principle and structural characteristics of the LKBB-I series banana screen are introduced here,and the performance of banana screen is compared with traditional circular screen.The applications of banana screens in the three large mines-HBIS Mining,Shougang Mining and Jingcheng Mining show that the LKBB-I series banana screen has high screening efficiency,which can reduce the load of the crushing equipment while increasing capacity,and the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency is significant.
