太平煤矿大倾角松软煤层高应力区煤巷支护优化设计

摘要 煤矿采掘速度越来越快,松软煤层高应力区域支护效果差,无法保证巷道不发生漏冒变形。为解决此问题,设计了强力锚杆+金属网+W钢带+竹芭的钢带组合梁支护系统;采用“五花”形状布置锚索,在巷道两帮各打设1排锚索,顶部打设3排钢绞线,形成二次主动联合悬吊补强支护体系并投入实践,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为同等条件下的煤巷掘进提供了借鉴。 The mining speed of coal mine becomes faster,and the supporting effect of high stress area in soft coal seam is poor,which cannot ensure that the roadway does not have leakage deformation.In order to solve this problem,the steel belt composite beam support system of strong bolt+metal mesh+W type steel belt+bamboo bar is designed.The anchor cable is arranged in the shape of'five flowers'.A row of anchor cables are arranged in each side of the roadway,and three rows of steel strands are arranged at the top.The secondary active combined suspension reinforcement support system is formed and put into practice.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved,which provides a reference for coal roadway excavation under the same conditions.
