摘要
根据码垛生产线控制系统的工艺和控制要求,设计了一种以西门子PLC和ABB工业机器人为核心的物料码垛工作站,介绍了码垛工作站的相应控制情况,设计了满足控制要求的梯形图程序和工业机器人程序设计,从而实现该工作站的运行,为同类控制的设计提供了技术借鉴以及推广依据。
According to the process and control requirements of the palletizing production line control system,a material palletizing workstation with Siemens PLC and ABB industrial robots as the core is designed,the corresponding control situation of the palletizing workstation is introduced,and the ladder diagram program that meets the control requirements is designed.And industrial robot program design,so as to realize the operation of the workstation,provide technical reference and promotion basis for the design of similar control.
