摘要 液压工程机在工程领域应用非常广泛,其产品质量的可靠性和安全性将为生产建设提供可靠保障。工程机车轮在更换过程中容易发生钢圈断裂的情况,从而会引发安全事故,因此要尽量避免此类事故的发生。文中着重从宏观检查、微观检测、钢圈拉伸试验、钢圈化学成分鉴定等方面分析钢圈断裂失效原因,从而得出断裂的主要原因为钢圈疲劳,锁环表面沟槽圆角处表面存在大量氧化铁杂质,加快了钢圈疲劳速度,加上钢圈生产工艺导致的材质分布不均匀,最终造成钢圈发生疲劳断裂状况。 Hydraulic engineering machines are widely used in the engineering field,and the reliability and safety of their product quality will provide a reliable guarantee for production and construction.Construction locomotive wheels are prone to breakage of steel rims during the replacement process,which will cause safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to avoid such accidents as much as possible.This article focuses on analyzing the reasons for the failure of the steel ring from the aspects of macroscopic inspection,microscopic inspection,steel ring tensile test,and chemical composition identification of the steel ring.It is concluded that the main cause of the fracture is steel ring fatigue,and the surface of the groove on the surface of the lock ring There are a large amount of iron oxide impurities,which speeds up the fatigue rate of the steel ring,and the uneven material distribution caused by the steel ring production process will eventually cause the steel ring to undergo fatigue fracture.
