摘要
深入推进产教融合,构建应用型经管人才培养机制是当前高校教育改革与实践的重要课题。本文从“产教协同”与“应用型人才培养”的内涵及关系入手,分析产教融合视域下高校应用型人才培养的内在要求和特点,提炼应用型经管人才培养机制的逻辑内核,并结合“一带一路”倡议和区域经济社会发展的实际,以南疆某高校“1+2+3”应用型经管人才培养机制为例,探索深化实践育人和协同育人,提高经管人才培养质量的具体举措。
How to establish the training mechanism of practical economic and managing personnel from the per-spective of industry-education integration is important for the higher education reform.Starting with the relation-ship between industry-education integration and practical personnel training,we analyse the requirements and characteristics of the industry-education integration training of practical personnel from the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative,refine the logical core of the training mechanism,and put forward the ideas and mea-sures to improve the training quality of practical economic and managing personnel.Systemize and strengthen the top-level planning,so as to promote the healthy and stable development of the market.
