摘要
“送法下乡”活动不仅是高等院校服务社会的举措,更是实践教学的有益尝试。“送法下乡”与实践教学的融合,弥补了传统实践教学的不足,迎合了培养应用型法治人才的目标,为“乡村振兴战略”的实施提供了法治环境,其目标定位是培养具有法律实践能力的受教育者。若要使“送法下乡”成为实践教学的有机组成部分,必须将其纳入人才培养方案,使其常态化、规范化,并形成一套服务机制和绩效机制,予以实施落实。
“Sending the law to the countryside”is not only a measure to serve the society,but also a beneficial attempt to practice teaching.The integration of“sending law to the countryside”activity and practical teaching makes up for the deficiency of traditional practical teaching,catering to the goal of training applied legal talents,and provides a legal environment for the implementation of“Rural Revitalization Strategy”.Its goal is to cultivate the educated with legal practice ability.If we want to make the activity of“sending law to the countryside”an organic part of practical teaching,we must bring it into the talent training program,normalize and standardize it,and form a set of service mechanism and performance mechanism to ensure its implementation.
