多囊卵巢综合征临床表现复杂多样,病机复杂,诊断和治疗存在较大争议,还可引起许多近期及远期并发症。目前已知的药物治疗效果有限,对远期并发症的发生并无积极预防作用,且不良反应大,停药后复发率高。多囊卵巢综合征的治疗缺乏理想的方法,长期以来是妇科研究中的热点、难点问题。本文就多囊卵巢综合征的中医分型及针灸治疗做一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。

Clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome are complex and diverse,the pathogenesis is complex and its diagnosis and treatment are controversial,which can also cause many short-term and long-term complications.The currently known drugs have limited therapeutic effects and no active preventive effect on the occurrence of long-term complications,and furthermore have more adverse reactions and high recurrence rate after drug withdrawal.The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome lacks an ideal method,and it has long been a hot and difficult problem in gynecological research.This article summarizes the TCM classification and acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,hoping to provide reference for the further research.
