居家环境适老化改造市场化试点研究--以上海市N区Y街道为例

A Research on Retrofits for Aging of Home Environment Market-oriented Pilot

面对日益严重的老龄化趋势,“适老化”成为热词,并逐渐被运用到老年人生活的方方面面,处于深度老龄化的上海,早已开始探索多个领域的适老化服务。2020年上海在全市5个区6个街道开始试点居家环境适老化改造工作,这在全国也是首次市场化试点。从基层实践的视角,以上海市6个试点街道之一的N区Y街道为例,从研究背景、试点简介、基层实践、案例分享、问题与建议、思考与启示六大方面进行研究阐述,以期为后续工作的更好开展提供借鉴。

Facing the increasingly serious aging trend,“Aging-friendly”becomes a hot word,and is gradually applied to all aspects of life of the elderly.As a deep aging city,Shanghai has already begun to explore various areas of aging services.This paper is to study the work of aging-friendly home environment renovation in Shanghai starting in 2020 in five districts and six communities of the city,this is also the first market-oriented pilot in China.This article is from the perspective of grass-roots practice,taking N district Y community as an example,and from the research background,pilot introduction,grass-roots practice,case sharing,problems and suggestions,thinking and enlightenment to expound,which can hopefully provide a better reference for follow-up work.
