摘要
“遗传基因”决定特色小镇的生命力,人工“雕琢”左右特色小镇的命运。文化基因是特色小镇最重要的“遗传基因”,拥有“真善美”的内在气质,是特色小镇旺盛生命力的源泉。人工“雕琢”始于策划和规划,最初的选择决定着特色小镇未来的路和命运。文化基因通常隐秘而伟大,策划和规划的任务就是将文化基因完整地呈现在人们感官之中,让其焕发活力,成为特色小镇发展的动力之源。因此,本质上,特色小镇策划和规划就是在文脉传承中寻找建设途径。人工雕琢可能存在“理性僭妄”的风险,应该摒弃“一言堂”和过度精英主义,让“知情人”参与“雕琢”。
"Inheritable genes"determine the vitality of characteristic towns,and artificial"carving"influences the fate of characteristic towns.Cultural genes are the most important"inheritable genes"in characteristic towns,which have the inherent temperament of"truth,goodness and beauty"and are the source of vigorous vitality of characteristic towns.artificial"carving"begins with planning,and the initial choice determines the future road and destiny of characteristic towns.Cultural genes are usually hidden and great,and the task of planning is to present cultural genes completely in people's senses,so as to make cultural genes rejuvenate and become the driving force for the development of characteristic towns.Therefore,in essence,the planning of characteristic towns is to find the way of construction in the cultural context inheritance.There may be the risk of"rational transgression"in manual carving,so we should abandon"one-word"and excessive elitism,and let"insiders"participate in"carving".
