急诊入室抢救病例疾病谱分析及护理启示

Analysis of disease spectrum of cases rescued right after admitting emergency room and nursing enlightenment

目的:分析南通市某三级甲等医院2019年急诊入室抢救病例流行病学特点及疾病谱。方法:回顾性分析2019年急诊入室抢救病人14752例,纳入年龄≥14岁,收集病人性别、年龄、就诊时间、出院诊断、转归等疾病资料并进行分析。结果:14752例急诊入室抢救病例中,男∶女=1.51∶1,年龄14~101(60.65±17.59)岁,入室抢救病例最常见于61~70岁;病例日分布以午后及夜间居多,全年分布以冬季(1月1351例,12月1340例)及秋季(10月1302例)人数居多;6月最少,为1104例;病人疾病谱前3位分别是循环系统疾病、损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果、消化系统疾病,占60.57%,均为男性多于女性,其中,循环系统疾病以心脑血管疾病为首,以冠心病和缺血性脑卒中常见;约有59.45%的病人收治住院,以神经内科、心血管内科为主要收治科室,仅有1.76%的病人在抢救室滞留超过3 d。结论:应更加关注老年男性群体,合理配置人力资源,做好应急储备,以提高救治成功率,保障医疗安全。

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and disease spectrum of cases rescued right after admitting emergency room in a tertiary grade A hospital in Nantong city in 2019.Methods:The data of 14752 patients rescued right after admitting emergency room in 2019 and aged≥14 years old were analyzed by a retrospective study.The gender,age,time of visit,discharge diagnosis,outcome,and other disease data were collected and analyzed.Results:Among the 14752 cases rescued right after admitting emergency room,male:female=1.51∶1,age 14 to 101(60.65±17.59)years old,the most common age of house rescue were 61 to 70 years old.The daily distribution of cases was mainly in the afternoon and night.The distribution in the whole year was mainly in winter(1351 cases in January and 1340 cases in December)and autumn(1302 cases in October),with the least cases(1104 cases)in June.The top three cases in the disease spectrum were circulatory system diseases,injury and poisoning(some other consequences of external causes),and digestive system diseases accounted for 60.57%of the total,more common in men than women.Among the circulatory system diseases,cardiovascular was the most common,then coronary heart disease and ischemic stroke.About 59.45%of the patients admitted to the hospital,mainly in the neurology department and cardiovascular medicine department.Only 1.76%of patients stayed in the emergency for more than 3 days.Conclusions:More attention should be paid to elderly male people.Managers should allocate human resources rationally and prepare emergency reserves to improve the success rate of treatment and ensure medical safety.
