摘要
我国医学院校创新创业教育由于发展观念未更新、专创融合未实现以及体制机制未健全等原因导致政策出台轰轰烈烈与关注落实不温不火的矛盾、理性应然上重视与践行实然上差距的矛盾以及优势弱化与劣势放大化的矛盾。医学院校创新创业教育的实效性上存在着应然和实然的差距,可通过观念上先破后立以落实、实践上协同融合以落地、机制上联动保障以落细来提升医学类院校创新创业教育实效性。
The innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s universities has been developing rapidly since 2014.The lack of updated development concepts,unrealized integration of innovation and innovation,and inadequate institutional mechanisms have led to the inconsistency of policies and the tepid attention to implementation.Reason should pay more attention to the contradiction between the actual gap and practice,and the contradiction between the weakening of advantages and the enlargement of disadvantages.There should be actual and actual gaps in the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities.Medical schools can be promoted by breaking through concepts first,implementing them in practice,energetically integrating them in practice,and guaranteeing their cooperation through mechanisms.Effectiveness of school innovation and entrepreneurship education.
