派生词分解加工模型视域下英语词素意识的培养

Cultivation of English Morphological Awareness from the Perspective of Decompositional Processing Model of Derived Words

词素意识能够反映学习者辨别和认知派生词词素的能力。词素意识在单词解码过程中发挥着重要的作用。本研究列举了常用的前后缀,探讨了词素知识在派生词习得训练中的有效性和可行性。295名学生参与了问卷调查与访谈。研究结果显示,词素知识有助于掌握单词词性,减轻记忆单词的焦虑,提升学生记忆单词的效率与自信,从而有效地扩大词汇量。

Morphological awareness can reflect the learner’s ability to distinguish and recognize derived morphemes.Morphological awareness plays a vital role in the process of word decoding.This study lists the commonly used prefixes and suffixes,and probes into its effectiveness and feasibility of morpheme knowledge in the training of acquiring derived words.295 subjects participated in a questionnaire survey and an interview.Findings show that it contributes to mastering its part of speech,relieving their anxiety of memorizing words,improving students’efficiency and confidence,and effectively enlarging their vocabulary.
