中医语言的最大特点是“取象比类”,即隐喻性,大量隐喻性语言的存在使得中医药文化在向海外推广的过程中所面临的困境之一便是中医隐喻性语言的解读和翻译。要摆脱这一困境,首先要解决中医隐喻性语言的解读之困,即较为准确地理解和识别中医语言中的各种隐喻。在此基础上,总结恰当有效的中医翻译策略,提高翻译质量,以更好地促进中医药事业的高质量发展,推动中医药走向世界。

The most important feature of TCM language is“analogy from images”,that is,metaphor,the interpretation and translation of Chinese Medicine metaphorical language is one of the difficulties in the process of spreading Chinese medicine culture abroad.In order to get rid of this dilemma,we must first solve the problem of interpreting metaphorical language of TCM,that is,to understand and recognize various metaphors in TCMlanguage accurately,to improve the quality of translation in order to promote the high-quality development of the cause of Chinese medicine and promote Chinese medicine to the world.
