助阳通便膏联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型便秘临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhuyang Tongbian paste and acupoint application on senile constipation of yang-deficiency type

目的:观察助阳通便膏联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组各40例,治疗组予助阳通便膏联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利片,两周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组便秘主症积分排便费力、排便不尽、大便性状等方面比较无明显差异(P﹥0.05);但在便秘次症(即四肢不温、小便清长、腰膝酸冷等方面)有显著差异(P﹤0.05)。治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:助阳通便膏联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚型便秘临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyang Tongbian paste and acupoint application on constipation of yang-deficiency type.Methods:80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhuyang Tongbian paste and acupoint application,while the control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets.Two weeks is a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effect was compared between two group.Results:Compared treatment group with control group in main symptoms score,there was no significant difference i.e.in laborious defecation,inexhaustive defecation and fecal traits etc.(P﹥0.05).However,there was significant difference in secondary symptoms of constipation,i.e.in not warm limbs,clear urine in large amounts,sore-cold waist and knees etc.(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,while the total effective rate of control group was 75.00%;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zhuyang Tongbian paste and acupoint application on constipation of yang-deficiency type is better.
