糖痹康方治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation of Tangbikang decoction on Type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察糖痹康方治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及对患者Lp-PLA2、D-二聚体、FIB水平的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病周围神经病患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组予基础调节血糖药物,口服甲钴胺胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上予糖痹康方治疗,疗程均为8周;比较治疗前后两组中医临床症状总积分,神经传导功能,血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,血清LpPLA2、D-二聚体、FIB水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率85.0%高于对照组的62.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状积分及FPG、2hPG、HbA1C水平,神经传导功能均较治疗前改善,且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清Lp-PLA2、D-二聚体、FIB水平较前下降,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖痹康方可有效改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,并能明显降低患者的Lp-PLA2、D-二聚体、FIB水平,改善神经传导速度。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangbikang decoction on type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy and the effect on levels of Lp-PLA2,D-dimer and Fib of patients.Methods:80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic hypoglycemic drugs i.e.oral mecobalamin capsule,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tangbikang decoction on the basis of control group.The following indexes were compared between two groups before and after treatment,such as total score of TCM clinical symptoms,nerve conduction function,levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin as well as levels of Lp-PLA2,D-dimer and FIB in serum.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.0%,which was higher than 62.5%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,the scores of clinical symptoms and the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1C,never condeuction function were all improverd compared with that before treatment,and the improvement of treatment group was more obvious(P﹤0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2,D-dimer and Fib in serum were decreased in treatment group compared to before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious compared with control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine for tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals to relieve pain Compound Tangbikang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,significantly reduce the levels of Lp-PLA2,D-dimer and FIB of patients,and improve the nerve conduction velocity.
