摘要
针对公司现有甲醇钠装置蒸汽消耗高的问题,现提出采用蒸汽机械再压缩机技术(MVR)对甲醇钠装置进行节能改造,改造方案中,精馏一塔塔顶甲醇蒸汽不再冷凝,一部分由压缩机1压缩后进过热直接进入反应塔塔底与氢氧化钠甲醇溶液逆向接触;另一部分被压缩机2压缩、加热及加压后,进入精馏一塔塔釜再沸器作为热源加热。在不改变原装置生产工艺参数的前提下,MVR技术将大大节约原系统所消耗的蒸汽和循环水,从而大幅降低甲醇钠的生产成本。
In view of the problem of high steam consumption in the company's existing sodium methoxide plant,this paper presents an energy-saving retrofit of the sodium methoxide plant by using the steam mechanical recompressor technology(MVR).In the retrofit scheme,the methanol steam at the top of the rectifying tower no longer condenses,one part is compressed by compressor 1 and superheated directly into the bottom of the reaction tower to contact the sodium hydroxide methanol solution in the opposite direction;the other part is compressed by compressor 2 and heated by pressure and then reboiler of the rectifying tower bottom as the heating source.MVR Technology can save the steam and circulating water,and reduce the cost of producing sodium methoxide without changing the process parameters.
