基于血清代谢物筛查股骨头坏死高危因素的临床研究

Clinical Study on Screening High Risk Factors of Femoral Head Necrosis Based on Serum Metabolites

目的:探讨股骨头坏死与血清代谢物的相关性,以期研究发生股骨头坏死的潜在高危因素。方法:选取60例股骨头坏死患者为观察组,另选取同基线水平60例具有高危因素但未发生坏死的患者为对照组,检验两组血常规、肝肾功能、免疫八项、糖化血红蛋白等血清指标并记录数据,运用SPSS分析方法对股骨头坏死与血清结果的相关性进行探寻,以P<0.05表示有统计学意义。结果:白细胞(WBC)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酸脱氢酶、糖、血清碳酸氢盐、脂肪酶、岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、尿素、血清转铁蛋白与镁离子(Mg)与股骨头坏死的发生有统计学意义,其中白细胞、脂肪酶和镁越低,碱性磷酸酶和尿素越高,为股骨头坏死发生的高危因素。结论:股骨头坏死的发生与白细胞、碱性磷酸酶、尿素、镁、脂肪酶指标密切相关,白细胞、脂肪酶和镁越低,碱性磷酸酶和尿素越高,可能会引起股骨头坏死的发生。

Objective: To investigate the correlation between femoral head necrosis and serum metabolites and to study the potential risk factors of femoral head necrosis. Methods: Sixty patients with femoral head necrosis were selected as observation group, and 60 patients with high risk factors but no necrosis at the same baseline level were selected as control group. Blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, immunity eight items, glycosylated hemoglobin and other serum indexes were examined and the data of the two groups were recorded. A SPSS analysis was used to investigate the correlation between femoral head necrosis and serum results. When P<0.05, it indicates statistically significant. Results: Leukocyte, alkaline phosphatase(ALP), glutamate dehydrogenase, sugar, serum bicarbonate, lipase, glycosidase(AFU), urea, serum transferrin and magnesium(Mg) and necrosis of the femoral head was statistically significant, the lower the leucocyte, lipase and magnesium, the higher the alkaline phosphatase and urea, which were the high risk factors for femoral head necrosis. Conclusion: Necrosis of femoral head is closely related to leukocyte, alkaline phosphatase, urea, magnesium and lipase, the lower the leucocyte, lipase and magnesium and the higher the alkaline phosphatase and urea,which may cause femoral head necrosis.
