易筋经治疗呼吸系统疾病临床研究的现状分析

Status of Clinical Trials on Treatment of Yi jinjing on Respiratory Diseases

目的:总结与分析目前易筋经治疗呼吸系统疾病的临床试验,为提高易筋经治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效提供更多思路。方法方法:以"易筋经"及各呼吸系统疾病如"慢性阻塞性肺疾病"、"社区获得性肺炎"、"支气管哮喘"等为检索词,通过知网、维普及同方等中文数据库以及Science direct、Pubmed、Springer等英文数据库检索并下载易筋经干预呼吸系统疾病的临床试验文献,总结文献基本信息、病种类别、干预设计、评价指标等内容,分析目前易筋经治疗呼吸系统疾病临床试验的特点与不足。结果:(1)慢性阻塞性肺疾病被选择作为主要的研究病种;(2)易筋经的干预疗程统一;(3)肺功能系列指标是目前临床试验的主要评价指标。(4)易筋经能够提高患者的肺功能、运动能力,改善情绪与生活质量。结论:推荐易筋经功法作为呼吸系统疾病的辅助治疗手段,但是,目前易筋经在呼吸系统疾病领域的RCT依然不足,在未来需要从治疗效果、治疗机制及干预优化方面做出进一步研究与探讨。

Objective: To summarize and analyze clinical trial of the intervention of Yi jinjing on respiratory diseases, in order to provide more ideas for clinical physicians on promoting the efficacy of Yi jinjing in treating respiratory diseases. Methods: To search ’Yi jinjing’ and names of pulmonary diseases like ’pulmonary obstructive disease’, ’community-acquired pneumonia’, ’bronchial asthma’, et al as the terms on both Chinese literature database such as CNKI, VIP and WANFANG DATA and foreign database such as Science direct, Pubmed and Springer is to download papers of clinical trials about intervention of Yi jinjing on respiratory diseases. Then we will summarize these papers based on basic literature information, disease types, the way and time of intervention, evaluations and so on, and analyze features and defects of these clinical trials. Results:(1)COPD is the target disease chosen by most clinical trials.(2)All studies have identical time of intervention of Yi jinjing.(3)Indexes of pulmonary function are the main evaluation in those clinical trials.(4)Yi jinjing could improve pulmonary function and motion ability, also promote mental health and quality of life.Conclusion: we recommend Yi jinjing as an adjuvant therapy for pulmonary disease. However, relevant random control trials in this area are still lacking. More researches and explorations about effect, mechanism and intervention optimization of Yi jinjing treating pulmonary diseases are needed.
