基于数据挖掘的中药外洗治疗新生儿黄疸用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rules of TCM washing for Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的:利用数据挖掘,分析中药外洗治疗新生儿黄疸的用药规律,为临床提供参考。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)中2000年1月1日~2020年5月1日发表的中药外洗治疗新生儿黄疸相关文献,用Excel 2016软件建立中药数据库,采用古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)对纳入处方药物使用频次、常用药对、四气五味归经、核心药物组合等进行分析。结果:共筛选出99首中药外洗处方,涉及中药103味,其中使用频次较高的中药为茵陈、栀子、大黄、黄芩、甘草等;性味以寒性及苦、辛味为主;归经多属肝、胃、脾经。中药配伍关联分析结果显示高频药对有栀子-茵陈、大黄-茵陈、大黄-栀子等。通过聚类分析,得到聚类处方4个;通过复杂网络分析,得到核心药物组合为茵陈蒿汤合小柴胡汤化裁而来。结论:数据挖掘为总结中药外洗治疗新生儿黄疸的用药规律提供较大帮助,分析结果可为临床治疗新生儿黄疸提供指导。

Objective:To use data mining to analyze the medication rules of TCM washing for treatment of Neonatal Jaundice;To provide references for clinic.Methods:Collect the relevant literatures of TCM washing to treat neonatal jaundice published in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data from January1 th2000 to May 1 th2020,Use Excel 2016 software to establish a database of TCM,and use the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.2.3)to analyze medicine frequency,common medicine combinations,tastes and belonged meridians,key prescriptions,etc.Results:A total of 99 TCM washing prescriptions were screened out,involving 103 kinds of Chinese materia medica,that with the highest frequency of usage were Artemisia capillaris Thunb,Gardenia,Rheum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The main property of medicine was cold,and tastes were bitter and pungent.The main belonged meridians were liver meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.The correlation analysis results of the compatibility of TCM show that the high-frequency medicine combinations include,Gardenia-Artemisia capillaris Thunb,Rheum-Artemisia capillaris Thunb,Rheum-Gardenia,etc.Through cluster analysis,4 cluster prescriptions were obtained.The key prescriptions analyzed by complex network was obtained from modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction.Conclusion:Data mining cloud platform provides great help in analyzing and summarizing the rules of TCM washing for treatment of neonatal jaundice.The analysis results can provide guidance for clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice.
