去除聚氨酯类贴膜材料的方法研究

Method of removing polyurethane coating material

面料经过贴膜后,在纤维含量检验方面存在一定难度。试验选用二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺两种溶剂去除聚氨酯贴膜材料,比较不同处理条件下贴膜的去除效果和对纤维的影响。结果表明:两种溶剂均能有效去除贴膜材料,考虑到对基布纤维的损伤,二甲基乙酰胺法要优于二甲基甲酰胺法。

It is difficult to test the fiber content of the fabric after sticking film.Two solvents of dimethylfor⁃mamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide are selected to remove polyurethane coating materials,and the results and the damage to the fiber are compared under different treatment conditions.The results show that both sol⁃vents can effectively remove the coating materials.Considering the damage to the fiber,N,N-dimethylacet⁃amide is better than dimethylacetamide.
