摘要
医德曾被一些人视为陈词滥调,而医德教育则被看成是徒劳无功的形式,但面对医疗领域中存在的不少问题,又难免不自主地责难于医疗行业中医德的匮乏。事实上,对医德及医德教育的认知误区,造成人们既看轻它又离不开它的矛盾心理,以及采用错误教育方法与难以实现良好效果的结局。如今让医德教育重归德性论的路径虽不是唯一但却是必要的选择,这不仅因在中西方道德哲学和道德生活实践中占据着支配性地位,并在20世纪80年代再度复兴,更在于其对人及道德行为的理解和观点包含着某种真理性,可为医德教育实施提供理论基础和行动指南。
Medical virtue has been regarded as a cliche by some people,and medical moral education has been regarded as futility.However,people inevitably accuse the absence of medical virtue when they are hit by problems in medical field.In fact,the cognitive mistakes on medical virtue and medical moral education has caused ambivalence between underestimate and desirability,and has led to incorrect education approach and unpleasant outcome.Education of medical morals through virtue theory path is not the only way out but a necessary option.It dominated eastern and western moral philosophy and moral practice,and revived in 1980s.The truth it contains in the understanding and opinions of human and their moral behaviors provides theoretical basis and guide for medical moral education.
