生活技能训练对于住院慢性精神分裂患者影响效果分析

Effect analysis of life skills training on hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨生活技能训练对于住院慢性精神分裂患者的影响效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月伍仲珮纪念医院收治的80例长期住院慢性精神分裂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采取生活技能训练干预。比较两组的护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分及生活能力量表(ADL)评分,ADL由躯体生活自理量表(PSMS)和工具性日常生活活动量表(IADL)组成。结果观察组干预后的NOSIE积极因子评分高于对照组,消极因子评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的PSMS、IADL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生活技能训练可改善住院慢性精神分裂患者的日常生活能力及社会功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of life skills training on hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were admitted to Wu zhongwei Memorial Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the experimental group was treated with life skills training on the basis of the control group.The nurse observation scale(NOSIE)and the living ability scale(ADL),which consisted of the physical self-care scale(PSMS)and the instrumental activities of daily living scale(IADL),were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the positive factor score of NOSIE in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative factor score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSMS and IADL scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Life skill training can improve the daily living ability and social function of hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
