紫金消肿洗液熏洗治疗痔疮疼痛的效果及对视觉模拟评分的影响

Effect of fumigation of Zijin Xiaozhong Lotion treating hemorrhoid pain and its effect on visual analog scales

目的探讨紫金消肿洗液熏洗治疗痔疮疼痛的效果及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的影响。方法选取2020年8—12月深圳市中医肛肠医院收治的60例外痔或混合痔的痔疮患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用常规西药对症治疗,观察组患者采用常规西药+紫金消肿洗液熏洗联合治疗。比较两组患者的VAS评分、炎症因子血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及用药不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的感染、水肿、创面疼痛、继发性出血等用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规西药与紫金消肿洗液熏洗治疗痔疮疼痛均有效,但紫金消肿洗液熏洗治疗对疼痛的抑制效果更明显,炎症因子改善迅速,安全性更高,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Zijin Xiaozhong Lotion treating hemorrhoids pain and the change of visual analog scale(VAS).Methods A total of 60 hemorrhoids patients with external hemorrhoids or mixed hemorrhoids in Shenzhen Anorectal Hospital from August to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine+Zijin Xiaozhong Lotion fumigation combined treatment.VAS pain score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions such as infection,edema,wound pain and secondary bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both conventional Western medicine and Zijin Xiaozhong Lotion are effective in the treatment of hemorrhoid pain,but Zijin Xiaozhong Lotion has more obvious inhibitory effect on pain,rapid improvement of inflammatory factors,higher safety and significant clinical application value.
