摘要
目的探讨程序化健康教育对普外科手术患者焦虑情绪、术后疼痛及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年11月在吉安市第一人民医院外科接受普外科手术治疗的52例患者作为研究对象,由计算机编号,按照单双数法分为观察组与对照组,每组各26例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施程序化健康教育。比较两组患者的焦虑情绪、疼痛情况及满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、马盖尔(McGill)疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科手术患者中实施程序化健康教育,可明显缓解或消除患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者术后疼痛,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of programmed health education on anxiety,postoperative pain and satisfaction of patients undergoing general surgery.Methods From June 2019 to November 2020,52 patients in the Department of General Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Ji'an City were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the single and even number method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given programmed health education on the basis of the control group.The anxiety,pain and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and McGill pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of programmed health education in patients with general surgery can significantly alleviate or eliminate the anxiety of patients,improve the pain of surgical treatment,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
