无针输液接头两种消毒方式的效果比较

Comparison of two disinfection methods of needleless infusion connector

目的比较无针输液接头两种消毒方式的效果。方法选取2019年1—3月中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院的26例护士为研究对象,26例护士均参加对照组和观察组。对照组护士使用2%安尔碘棉签消毒无针输液接头150次,观察组护士使用独立包装4 cm×4 cm 75%酒精棉片消毒无针接头150次。比较两组的无针输液接头消毒操作时间及使用时间、耗材成本、消毒后再污染情况、临床护士的满意度及意愿度。结果对照组和观察组消毒后不被污染和消毒后再污染的占比分别为(88.0%、12.0%,94.0%、6.0%),观察组的消毒后不被污染比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组的耗材成本和消毒操作时间分别为(61.6±1.62)元、(36±3)s,(37.8±0.82)元、(16±1)s,观察组的耗材成本低于对照组,消毒操作时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组的护士满意度和意愿度分别为(46.0%、46.0%,92.0%、92.0%),观察组护士满意度和意愿度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用独立包装4 cm×4 cm 75%酒精棉片,对无针输液接头进行维护,方便护士使用揉搓法消毒接头凹槽处,有效清除接头凹槽处残留微生物。缩短消毒操作时间,节约耗材成本,有效降低无针输液接头消毒后再污染,提高临床护士使用的满意度和意愿度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of two disinfection methods of the needleless infusion connector.Methods Twenty-six clinical nurses in Haikou Hospital Affiliated to Xiangya Medical College of Central South University from January to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and all the 26 nurses participated in the control group and the observation group.The 0.2%Entoiodine cotton swabs were used by nurses in the control group to disinfect the needleless infusion connectors for 150 times,and the individually wrapped 4 cm×4 cm 75%alcohol cotton pads were used by nurses in the observation group to disinfect the needleless infusion connectors for 150 times.The disinfection operation time and use time of needleless infusion connectors,consumables costs,re-contamination after disinfection,clinical nurses'satisfaction and willingness degrees were compared between the two groups.Results The proportions of non-contamination after disinfection and re-contamination after disinfection in the control group and the observation group were 88.0%,12.0%,94.0%and 6.0%,respectively.The proportion of non-contamination after disinfection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The consumables cost and disinfection operation time of the control group and the observation group were(61.6±1.62)yuan and(36±3)s,and(37.8±0.82)yuan and(16±1)s,respectively.The consumables cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the disinfection operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degrees of satisfaction and willingness of nurses in the control group and the observation group were 46.0%,46.0%,92.0%and 92.0%respectively.The degrees of satisfaction and willingness of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of nurses in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the 4 cm×4 cm 75%alcohol cotton pad to maintain the needleless infusion connector is convenient for nurses to disinfect the connector grooves with the rubbing method and effectively remove the residual microorganisms in the connector grooves.It can also shorten the disinfection operation time,save the consumables cost,effectively reduce the re-contamination rate after the disinfection of needleless infusion connectors,and improve the satisfaction and willingness of clinical nurses,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
