沟通技能联合预见性护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力的影响

Influence of communication skills and predictive nursing on self nursing ability of hemodialysis patients

目的探讨沟通技能与预见性护理对血液透析(HD)患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年4月抚州市第一人民医院收治的80例HD患者为研究对象,按照奇偶方法分为两组,每组各40例。奇数为对照组,进行常规护理;偶数为试验组,行沟通技能联合预见性护理。比较两组护理前后的自我护理能力调查量表(ESCA)、健康调查量表(SF-36)评分、护理满意度评分与不良事件、不良反应发生率。结果护理前,两组的ESCA、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组的ESCA、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,试验组的不良事件发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的22.5%,试验组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通技能与预见性护理在HD患者自我护理能力中有显著效果,提高患者自身自护能力,还可降低不良反应、不良事件发生,提高安全性与生活质量,获取患者更多认可与喜爱,在临床有实施价值。

Objective To explore the influence of communication skills and predictive nursing on self-care ability of hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of HD patients in Fuzhou First People's Hospital,Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected as study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the odd and even method,40 cases in each group.The odd number was the control group,routine nursing was given;the even number was the experimental group,communication skills combined with predictive nursing was given.The exercise of self-care agency(ESCA),health survey scale(SF-36)score before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction score and the incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of ESCA and SF-36 between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of ESCA and SF-6 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 5.0%,lower than 22.5%in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.50%,lower than 20.5%in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Communication skills and predictive nursing have a significant effect in self-care ability of HD patients,which can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse events,improve the safety and quality of life,and obtain more recognition and love of patients,which is worthy of clinical implementation.
