木质素基磁性介孔活性炭吸附水溶液中苯胺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以碱木质素、硝酸锌、硝酸铁为原料,制得碱木质素磁性介孔活性炭(LMAC),通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对LMAC的性能结构进行表征,并且研究了其对废水中苯胺的吸附行为。结果表明,所制得的LMAC BET比表面积为254.6 m^(2)/g,孔径分布范围在2~50 nm之间;LMAC饱和磁化强度为24.64 emu/g,表现出良好磁性能,易于回收利用;在pH值为3、吸附时间为100 min的条件下,LMAC对废水中苯胺的吸附容量为53.68 mg/g;LMAC对苯胺的吸附主要为物理吸附,并满足准二级吸附动力学特征;吸附再生实验表明,LMAC在循环利用4次之后,解析率仍可达到83.2%,具有较理想的回收性能。 Magnetic mesoporous activated carbon(LMAC)was prepared using alkaline lignin,zinc nitrate,and ferric nitrate as raw materials. The performance and structure of LMAC were characterized by SEM,VSM,etc. And its adsorption behavior of aniline in aqueous solution was also studied. The results indicated that the LMAC had a BET specific surface area of 254. 6 m^(2)/g,and a pore diameter distribution range of 2~50 nm. It was noteworthy that the saturation magnetization of LMAC was 24. 64 emu/g,showing excellent magnetic properties and good recoverability. The aniline adsorption capacity of LMAC was 53. 68 mg/g when pH value and adsorption time were 3 and100 min,respectively. The adsorption process of aniline by LMAC was mainly physical adsorption which conformed to the pseudo-secondorder adsorption kinetics. The adsorption regeneration experiment indicated that after 4 times of recycling,the analytical rate of LMAC still reached up to 83. 2%,exhibiting an ideal recovery performance.
