气相色谱-质谱联用法测定食品用纸制品中3种抗氧化剂 被引量:2

摘要 以环己烷结合超声处理为萃取方法,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法检测食品用纸制品中3种抗氧化剂的含量。结果表明,环己烷结合超声处理的萃取方法对3种抗氧化剂的分离效果良好,GC-MS联用法出峰峰型对称性好,3种抗氧化剂在0.01~0.50 mg/L范围内的线性关系良好(相关系数r>0.9990)。在3种浓度的添加水平下,此方法的加标回收率为90.7%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.5%,此测定方法的定量限(信噪比S/N≥3)为0.25 mg/kg。GC-MS联用法前处理过程简单、易操作,结果准确度高,适用于食品用纸制品中3种抗氧化剂含量的测定。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was used for determination of three antioxidants in food paper products with cyclohexane combining ultrasonic as the extraction method. The results showed that the cyclohexane-ultrasonic extraction method had good extraction effect towards the 3 antioxidants,the GC-MS method produced peaks with good symmetry for the tested samples,and the linear relationship of the three antioxidants was good in the range of 0. 01~0. 50 mg/L(r>0. 9990). Furthermore,the standard recovery rates and the RSD were 90. 7%~98. 2% and 2. 4%~4. 5%,respectively at 3 different concentration adding levels;and the quantitative limit(S/N≥3)of the GC-MS method was 0. 25 mg/kg. It was proved that this method was simple and easy to operate with high accuracy,and suitable for the determination of 3 antioxidants in food paper products.
