多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺的效果评价

Effect evaluation of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)

目的探讨慢阻肺治疗中联合应用噻托溴铵粉与多索茶碱的效果。方法本次试验研究对象是我院收治的82例慢阻肺患者,研究时段为2018年1月至2019年12月,按照患者就诊先后顺序将其分两组,每组各41例,观察组与对照组分别采取噻托溴铵粉与多索茶碱联合治疗及多索茶碱单项治疗的效果,比较两组肺功能指标变化情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,比较两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC指标,数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组比对照组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC指标更高,数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组治疗有效率更高,分别为95.12%和78.04%,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.87%,对照组不良反应发生率为9.76%,组间数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。情感职能、生理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力、生理职能、总体健康评分方面,观察组均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺治疗中联合应用噻托溴铵粉与多索茶碱,能够改善患者肺功能,维持合理的血气分析指标,降低不良反应发生率,提升治疗总有效率,有临床实践意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of COPD.Methods Eighty-two patients with COPD treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=41)and the control group(n=41)according to the treatment order.Doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder was given to the observation group,and doxofylline single treatment was given to the control group.The changes of lung function indices,the treatment effects and the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in FEV1,FVC or FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The response rate in the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that in the control group(78.04%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.87%)was lower than that in the control group(9.76%),without significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of emotional function,physiological function,social function,body pain,mental health,vitality,physiological function and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of COPD,doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder can improve the lung function,maintain reasonable indexes of blood gas analysis,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and elevate the overall response rate,which has meaning for clinical practice.
