PDCA循环法应用于医院静脉用药调配中心干预管理中的效果探讨

目的探讨PDCA循环法应用于静脉用药调配中心干预管理中的效果。方法纳入我院在2019年2月至2020年8月期间静脉用药调配中心44名工作人员作为本次探讨对象,实施前后各自随机纳入100例患者。随机分为对照组(n=22)和实验组(n=22),对照组接受常规管理方案;实验组则接受PDCA循环法。PDCA循环法主要有以下4个环节。对比两组静脉用药调配理论知识和静脉用药调配实践操作评分;对比两组差错事件出现情况;对比患者在实施管理法前后的干预满意度。结果实验组的静脉用药调配理论知识和静脉用药调配实践操作的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的(查对、审方、摆药、标签、操作)等差错事件的出现率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者通过PDCA循环法管理实施后的满意度为92%,患者实施前的满意度为80%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法可以保证患者用药的合理性及安全性。良好的临床效果能够有效提高工作质量,持续促进干预质量的提高,降低临床静脉用药差错的发生几率,临床应用价值高,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method used in the intervention management in the intravenous drug compounding center.Methods A total of 44 staff members from the intravenous drug compounding center in our hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were included as the subjects of this study.100 patients were randomly enrolled before and after implementation,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=22)and the experimental group(n=22).The control group was given routine management plan,and the experimental group was given the PDCA circulation method.The PDCA circulation method mainly had the following 4 links:comparison of intravenous drug compounding theoretical knowledge and intravenous drug compounding practical operation score between the two groups;comparison of the occurrence of error events between the two groups;comparison of the intervention satisfaction of patients before and after the implementation of the management method between the two groups.Results The scores of the theoretical knowledge of intravenous drug compounding and the practice operation of intravenous drug compounding in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of error events(checking,reviewing prescriptions,placing drugs,labeling,operation)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients after the implementation of PDCA circulation method management was 92%.The patient′s satisfaction level before the implementation was 80%.The satisfaction of 100 patients after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation method can ensure the rationality and safety of patients′medication.Favorable clinical effects can effectively improve the quality of work,can continue to improve the quality of interventions,and reduce the incidence rate of clinical intravenous medication errors.The clinical application value is extremely important and is worthy of application and promotion.
