内镜经皮胃造瘘术对吞咽困难患者营养状况及生活质量的影响

Effects of Endoscopic Percutaneous Gastrostomy on Nutritional Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨内镜下经皮胃造瘘术(PEG)对吞咽困难患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年6月~2020年8月东莞市石碣医院收治的吞咽困难患者48例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组采取PEG营养支持治疗,观察组采取NGT营养支持治疗,比较两组营养指标、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组TCH、Hb、ALB、TP、TF、BMI优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理健康、心理健康、社会功能、生理功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消化道出血、吸入性肺炎、反流性食管炎和肠源性感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PEG术后能改善患者治疗期间的营养状况,减少并发症发生几率,且可有效提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic percutaneous gastrostomy(PEG)on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 48 patients with dysphagia admitted to Dongguan Shijie Hospital from June 2014 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PEG nutritional support,and the observation group was treated with NGT nutritional support.The nutritional indicators,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's TCH,Hb,ALB,TP,TF,and BMI were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical health,mental health,social function,and physiological function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding,aspiration pneumonia,reflux esophagitis and intestinal infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PEG surgery can improve the nutritional status of patients during treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
