全媒体时代高校网络意识形态话语权构建探析

Analysis of the Construction of Network Ideological Discourses of Universities in the Omnimedia Era

网络意识形态管理是做好高校意识形态工作的重中之重,是坚持高校主流舆论引导的重要保证。全媒体时代,西方国家通过网络加强意识形态强势渗透削弱了高校意识形态的话语权,多样化社会思潮影响了社会主义意识形态在大学生中的认同,媒体传播格局深刻变化加大了高校网络意识形态管理的难度。高校要找准网络意识形态工作的着力点,构建党管意识形态领导机制,坚持用社会主义核心价值体系引领网络意识形态发展,积极创新宣传思想和意识形态工作的传播手段、话语方式和传播渠道,增强主流意识形态的凝聚力和吸引力,牢牢掌握高校网络意识形态话语权。

Network ideological management is the top priority of ideological work in colleges and universities and an important guarantee for guiding mainstream public opinions in colleges and universities.In the omnimedia era,Western countries utilize network to undertake ideological infiltration,which has weakened the ideological discourses of colleges and universities;the diversification of social thoughts have affected students’recognition of socialist ideology;and the profound changes of media communication make it more difficult for colleges and universities to manage network ideologies.This article suggests that colleges and universities should find out the key points of the work of network ideologies,construct a leadership mechanism governed by the Communist Party of China,develop network ideologies under the guidance of socialist core values,actively innovate the methods and channels to transmit ideologies,and thereby,enable the mainstream ideologies to be attractive and managed by colleges and universities.
