党建引领与高校青年志愿精神培育

Party-Leading and the Cultivation of the Volunteer Spirit of University Youth

在坚持和完善共建共治共享社会治理制度的时代背景下,如何更好地培育高校青年志愿精神是一个重要的时代课题。本文引入组织社会学的中观研究视角,从公共性基础、激励设置、符号与意义体系三个维度对志愿精神的制度条件进行整体讨论,并结合高校制度环境的特征对这些制度条件的现状进行研判,进而分析党建引领对于高校青年志愿精神培育的制度创新效应,指出高校党建引领制度体系改革创新的未来方向。

In the context of upholding and improving the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,how to better cultivate the volunteer spirit of university youth is an important topic of the times.By introducing the perspective of the middle range of the sociology of organizations,and discussing the institutional conditions of voluntary spirit from three dimensions of public foundation,incentive setting,symbol and meaning system,this article shows an overall discussion on the institutional conditions of volunteerism,and analyzes the status quo of these institutional conditions in combination with the characteristics of the institutional environment of universities.It further proposes that Party-leading plays an important role during the institutional innovation in the cultivation of the youth volunteer spirit in universities and points out the future direction of the reform and innovation of the Party-leading institutional system in universities.
