摘要
锁头也称为"集装箱转锁",用于汽车、半挂车和火车等与标准集装箱的链接和固定的装置。为满足工业自动化应用的发展需求,设计一种集装箱运输半挂车用自动锁头装置。该装置通过轴承同时支撑轴向力和径向力,承载力大,转动灵活,并能设置自动感应器,反馈锁头开闭状态,控制气缸动作实现锁头的自动开闭,实现与码头、大型堆场等自动装卸的无人化作业场景对接,同时防止有人场景人工遗漏开闭的问题。另外,该装置可节约劳动力,提升效率,防止人为失误,大幅降低了集装箱在运输过程由转弯或坡道惯性产生侧翻的可能性。
The casing lock is also called"container locking cam",which is used for linking and fixing the automobile,chassis and train with standard containers.With the development of intelligent application of industrial automation,an intelligent casing lock device for chas sis is proposed.The bearing can support the axial and radial load at the same time,with large bearing capacity and flexible rotation.The automatic inductor is set to reflect the opening and closing status of the casing lock.And the opening and closing motion of the casing lock can be automatically realized by the intelligent control cylinder.It can also solve the unmanned operation scenarios such as automatic loading and unloading of containers at the wharf and large storage yard,and prevent the manual omission of opening and closing in some scenarios.it can save labor,improve efficiency,and prevent human error during opening and closing of the lock.What’s more,it can efficiently reduce the risk of container rollover caused by inertia or ramp during transportation.
