摘要
管内混凝土灌注是钢管混凝土拱桥施工中的关键程序,会影响成拱阶段及成桥阶段的应力、变形及安全稳定性。为探索合理的管内混凝土灌注顺序,以云南某上承式钢管混凝土拱桥为例,使用MIDAS-Civil分析了8种灌注顺序对模型成拱阶段的拱肋应力和变形影响。结果表明:先下后上法能有效减小拱肋应力和变形,而内外顺序和上下交替顺序对拱肋应力和变形的影响较小。
Concrete pouring in the pipe is a key procedure in the construction of a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge,which will affect the stress,deformation and safety and stability of the arch and bridge stages.In order to explore a reasonable order of concrete pouring in pipes,with a deck concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge in Yunnan as the background,the stress and deformation of arch ribs in the arching stage of eight pouring order models are analyzed using MIDAS-Civil.The result shows that the first down and then up method can effectively reduce the arch rib stress and deformation,and the inner and outer sequence and the upper and lower alternating sequence have little effect on the arch rib stress and deformation.
