摘要
随着板坯连铸机机器人浇铸技术的日趋成熟,首钢迁钢决定首先在3#板坯连铸机采用该技术实现无人浇铸,降低生产成本,使整个生产过程达到最优的状态,提高生产稳定性,增加企业效益。本文介绍了3#连铸机浇注无人化改造的内容及机器人浇铸在安全性、稳定性及产品质量方面的优势,通过机器人及附属设施布置详述了机器人的典型操作以及相关既有设备的改造,讨论了浇注无人化改造中应注意的问题。首钢迁钢3#板坯连铸机是奥钢联(VAI)典型机型,国内引进和转化设计的这类连铸机很多,希望本文为今后连铸机大规模的浇注无人化改造提供参考。
With the maturity of the robot casting technology on slab caster,Shougang Qiangang decided to adopt this technology on No. 3 Slab Caster to realize unmanned casting,reduce the production cost and make the whole production process reach the optimal state,improving the stability of production and increasing the benefit of enterprises. In this paper,the content of unmanned casting transformation on No. 3 slab caster and the advantages of robot casting in safety,stability and product quality are introduced. The typical casting operation of robot and the modification of related existing equipment are described in detail through the arrangement of robot and attached facilities. The No. 3 slab caster is a typical VAI model. There are many such caster imported and transformed in China. It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for the large-scale unmanned casting transformation on slab casters in the future.
