摘要
为了获得更好的带材质量并减小轧制力,优化轧制参数是关键。通过轧制实验研究了工作辊交叉角(WRC)和工作辊移位(WRS)、带钢宽度、压下量和轧制速度对带钢形状的影响。结果表明,当WRC角从0°增大到1°时,带材轮廓显着改善,轧制力随之降低。将WRS值从0mm增加到8mm也可以改善带钢轮廓,但不如WRC角度增加时改善明显。当带材宽度增加时,在带材形状上没有发现显着改善。在更大的压下量下,带钢的形状得到改善,而且轧制力降低。最后得出结论,WRC,WRS,压下率,宽度和速度比的最佳组合才能确保改善出口带材的形状,降低轧制力并获得质量更好的带材。
In order to obtain better strip quality and reduce rolling force,it is crucial to optimize rolling parameters. The effects of work roll cross angle,work roll displacement,strip width,reduction and rolling speed on strip shape were studied by rolling experiments. The results show that when the WRC angle increases from 0° to1° the profile of the strip is significantly improved and the rolling force is reduced. Increasing the WRS value from0 mm to 8 mm can also improve the strip profile,but it is not as obvious as increasing the WRC angle. When the width of the strip increases,there is no significant improvement in the shape of the strip. With higher reduction,the shape of strip is improved and the rolling force is reduced. Finally,it is concluded that the best combination of WRC,WRS,reduction ratio,width and speed ratio can improve the shape of exit strip,reduce rolling force and obtain better quality strip.
