Improvement of Functional Accuracy of Hot Coil Box Coiling Station

摘要 为了提高梅钢热卷箱卷取站的精度,以产品质量为抓手,通过生产试验,分别获得影响钢卷卷型的弯曲辊的辊缝、影响无芯卷筒的圆柱度的成型辊-1A辊-弯曲辊的平行度、影响卷眼形状的弯曲辊的offset值、影响带卷卷形的1A辊辊速的跟随性、影响带钢表面质量的各辊辊速差等数据。通过对这些数的综合测试,优化了原有的卷型控制程序,使热卷箱的卷取站功能精度得到提高,同时也提高了带钢的轧制质量。 In order to improve the accuracy of the coiling station of the hot coil box of Meigang,through the production test,the data such as the roll gap of the coil roll,the parallelism of the forming roll 1 A roll and bending roll,the offset value of the bending roll which affects the shape of the roll,the follow-up of the roll speed of roll 1 A with coil shape,and the speed difference of each roll which affect the surface quality of the strip are obtained respectively. Through the comprehensive test of these numbers,the original coil control program is optimized,so that the functional accuracy of the coiling station of the hot coil box is improved,and the rolling quality of the strip is also improved.
