Transformation of 300t Hydraulic Clay Gun

针对某钢厂300t液压泥炮工作角度偏大、不便于装泥及偶尔漏泥等问题,详细分析了原因并提出了改造方案。工作角度大及装泥口高源于早期原始工艺设计;设备运行轨迹不合理、调节杆压紧力不足、油缸压炮力不足造成了漏泥。通过调整基础座倾斜角度来调整工作角度、降低装泥口高度;通过调整运行轨迹、加强杆件、增大油缸等措施解决漏泥问题;通过水冷方式来提高泥炮使用寿命,最终达到改造预期。

In view of the problems of 300 t hydraulic clay gun in a steel plant,such as large working angle,inconvenient loading and occasional mud leakage,the causes are analyzed in detail and the transformation scheme is put forward. The large working angle and high loading port are originated from the early original process design;The mud leakage is caused by the unreasonable running track of the equipment,the insufficient pressing force of the adjusting rod and the insufficient pressing force of the oil cylinder. By adjusting the tilt angle of the foundation seat to adjust the working angle and reduce the height of the mud loading port;by adjusting the running track,strengthening the rod,increasing the oil cylinder and other measures to solve the mud leakage problem;by water cooling to improve the service life of the mud gun,and finally achieve the expected transformation.
