Meta-analysis of HIV positive rate among entry-exit personnel at ports in China

目的评估近10年我国内地口岸出入境人员HIV检出情况,为制定防控艾滋病策略提供理论依据。方法在中外文数据库检索2010—2020年发表的中国内地口岸出入境人员HIV检出率的相关文献,在文献筛选、文献质量评价、数据提取后进行HIV检出率的Meta分析。结果共检索到317篇文献,最终纳入38篇。采用随机效应模型计算HIV合并检出率为0.44‰(95%:0.34‰~0.55‰)。Meta回归和亚组分析寻找异质性来源,提示监测地区和样本量大小是异质性来源的重要原因,可以解释49.38%研究间的异质性。西部地区HIV合并检出率高于中东部地区,小样本合并检出率高于大样本资料。纳入的文献不存在发表偏倚。结论我国出入境人员HIV检出率仍处于低水平,西部地区口岸是重点关注区域,应加强重点区域、重点人群宣传和教育。

Objective To evaluate HIV positive rate among entry-exit personnel at ports in China's Mainland during recent 10 years,and to provide theoretical basis of AIDS prevention and control.Methods The relevant literatures published from 2010 to 2020,concerning HIV positive rate of entry-exit personnel at mainland Chinese ports were searched from Chinese and foreign databases.Meta-analysis was conducted after literatures screening,literatures quality assessment and data extraction.Results A total of 317 articles were retrieved,and 38 articles were included.The positive rate of HIV was 0.44‰(95%:0.34‰-0.55‰)by random effects model.Meta-regression and subgroup analysis were used to search for the sources of heterogeneity,it was indicated that the surveillance area and sample size were the important factors for the heterogeneity,which could explain 49.38%of the heterogeneity.The pool positive rates of HIV in western regions and small samples were higher than those in central and eastern regions and large samples,respectively.There was no publication bias in the included literatures.Conclusion The HIV positive rate among entry-exit personnel in Chinese mainland was still at a low level.The border ports in western China were the key areas,and the propaganda and education should be strengthened.
