Prevention and control strategy of COVID-19 nosocomial infection in a general hospital

新冠肺炎传染性强、波及范围广,临床医院作为收治患者的前线,存在医务人员感染及院内传播的风险。本文结合综合医院新冠肺炎防控经验,从建立医院感染风险防控体系、制定动态防护和主动监测措施、加强防护物资管理等方面探讨新冠肺炎流行期间医院感染防控的实践与体会。

COVID-19 is highly contagious and widespread.As the front line for patients,treatment clinical hospitals are at risk of medical staff being infected and nosocomial transmission.Combined with the prevention and control experience of COVID-19 of a general hospitals,this paper discussed the practice and experience of nosocomial infection prevention and control during the COVID-19 epidemic from the aspects of establishing the nosocomial infec-tion risk prevention and control system,formulating dynamic protection and active monitoring measures,and strengthening the management of protective materials.
