摘要
光学比浊法测定血小板聚集率是最经典的血小板功能检测方法。但光学比浊法测定血小板聚集率的影响因素较多,涉及标本采集、转送和保存,抗凝剂及诱导剂的使用,试验仪器和耗材技术指标等诸多因素。为规范光电比浊法检测血小板聚集在临床诊断中的应用,提高临床血栓和出血性疾病的诊疗能力,该共识从质量管理方面对光学比浊法测定血小板聚集率的检验前、中、后过程进行了标准化,以促进光学比浊法检测血小板聚集的规范应用和良性发展。
Light transmission aggregometry(LTA)is the most classical method for the detection of platelet function through the determination of platelet aggregation capacity.However,many factors could affect the determination results of platelet aggregation by LTA,such as collection,transfer and preservation of the samples,use of anticoagulants and agonists,technical indexes of test instruments consumables,etc.In order to standardize the application of LTA on detecting platelet aggregation in clinical diagnosis practice and improve the treatment efficacy of thrombus and hemorrhagic diseases,this consensus aims to standardize the process before,during and after the determination of platelet aggregation rate by LTA.Present might be helpful to promote the standardized application and future development of the platelet aggregation detection by LTA.
