珍黄片联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效观察

Zhenhuang Tablet Combined with Adapalene gel for Mild and Moderate Acne:A Study on Clinical Efficacy

目的:研究珍黄片联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年1月在成都大学附属医院皮肤科门诊就诊的面部轻、中度寻常痤疮患者212例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各106例。治疗组采取珍黄片口服联合阿达帕林凝胶外用,对照组仅给予阿达帕林凝胶外用,分别在第4周和第8周观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时统计两组患者治疗前后皮损个数。结果:治疗4周,组间有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周,组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的皮损个数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的皮损个数少于对照组(P<0.05),皮损减少率大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者都未出现严重不良反应。结论:珍黄片联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗较单独使用阿达帕林凝胶效果更佳。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhenhuang tablet combined with Adapalene gel for treatment of mild and moderate acne.Methods:A total of 212 patients with mild and moderate facial acne vulgare who were treated in the Dermatology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 106 patients in each group according to random number table method.The treatment group was given Zhenhuang tablet combined with adapalin gel for external use,while the control group was given only adapalin gel for external use.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed at the 4 th and8 th week respectively,and the number of skin lesions before and after treatment in the two groups was also counted.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in effective rate between groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there was statistically significant difference in effective rate between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of skin lesions in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the number of skin lesions in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the reduction rate of skin lesions in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Combination of Zhenhuang tablet and Adapalene gel for acne vulgaris is superior to the single use of Adapalene gel.
