摘要
针对低碳结构钢热轧酸洗板表面氧化铁皮缺陷问题,从加热工艺、精轧轧制润滑以及工作辊冷却等方面分析了不同生产工艺参数对板坯表面质量的影响;研究了钢卷下线入库不同的存放方式对钢卷表面氧化铁皮结构的影响。通过对板坯加热时间、出炉温度的控制,精轧轧制润滑给油量的优化,以及更换精轧工作辊水嘴型号从而增大工作辊冷却水量以保证轧辊表面质量,钢卷入库后采用风机快冷等措施,可以减少热轧酸洗板表面氧化铁皮,有效提高产品表面质量。
In view of the scale defect on the surface of the hot rolled pickling plate of low carbon structural steel, the effects of different processing parameters on the surface quality of the slab were analyzed from the aspects of heating process, finishing rolling lubrication and work roll cooling. The effect of different coil storage methods on the surface scale structure was studied too. Through the control of slab heating time and furnace temperature, the optimization of lubricating oil supply in finishing rolling, and the change of water nozzle type of finishing work roll to increase the cooling water quantity of work roll and ensure the surface quality of the roll, and using fan quickly cooling after coil storage, the surface oxide scale of hot rolled pickling sheet could be reduced and the product surface quality can be improved effectively.
