地层卤水基高效变黏滑溜水体系的研发及现场应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文研制出耐盐型三元共聚粉剂,并将其分散于脱芳烃溶剂油中加以各类添加剂配制出用于现场快速配液的悬浮乳液体系,耐矿化度可达50000mg/L以上,高盐卤水中溶解时间低于30秒,最高减阻率可达80%以上,并通过调整浓度实现实时变黏。该悬浮乳液体系在威-XXX平台累积施工十四段,配液采用的产出水矿化度高达24000mg/L,总铁含量大于10mg/L,施工十四段最高加砂符合率达97%。该地层卤水基高效变黏滑溜水体系成功解决了现场施工空间狭小、水资源不足以及返排液带来的环境污染等系列问题。 In this paper,a sail tolerant terpolymer powder was developed and dispersed in the dearomatics solvent oil,and various additives were used to prepare the suspension emulsion system for rapid liquid distribution in the well-site.The resistance lo salinity was above 50 000 mg/L.The dissolution time of high salt brine was less than 30 seconds,the maximum drag reduction rate was above 80%,and the viscosity was achieved by adjusting the concentration.The suspension emulsion system accumulates fourteen stages in the Wei-XXX platform.The water content of the produced water is as high as 24 000 mg/L and the total iron content is more than 10 mg/L.The highest conformity rate of the fourteen stage is 97&.The brine water-based high-efficiency variable viscosity slippery water system successfully solves a series of problems such as narrow construction space,lack of water resources and environmental pollution caused by backflow fluid.
