摘要
通过全岩化学分析、显微镜下鉴定、电子探针分析及矿物自动定量分析(AMICS),查明了湖北某铌矿中铌元素的赋存状态。研究结果表明,矿石中的铌稀土矿物种类较多,含铌矿物主要为易解石和榍石,稀土矿物主要为褐帘石。铌在独立矿物中的总分布率仅为27.51%,主要分布于易解石和榍石中,分别为12.21%和9.76%,而大部分铌以分散状态或显微包裹体的形式存在,分布率为72.49%。矿石有用铌矿物含量低,目前国内现有选矿工艺较难回收利用。
The occurrence of niobium elements in a niobium deposit has been studied in the paper by means of chemical analysis, microscopic examination, electron microprobe determination and automated mineral identification and characterization system(AMICS).The research indicates that there are many types of niobium and rare earth minerals in the ore. The niobium-containing minerals are mainly aeschynite-(Ce) and titanite, and the rare earth mineral is mainly allanite-(Ce).The total distribution rate of niobium in independent minerals is only 27.51%, which is mainly distributed in aeschynite-(Ce) and titanite, and the distribution rates are 12.21% and 9.76%, respectively.Most niobium exists in the form of dispersed state or micro inclusions, and the distribution rate is 72.49%.The useful niobium mineral content of the ore is low, and the current domestic beneficiation process is difficult to recycle.
