内燃捣固镐冲击特性仿真研究与分析 被引量:2

摘要 内燃捣固镐是一种输出高频冲击运动的小型养护机械,广泛应用于铁路养护作业。国内对捣固镐的设计理论研究较少,尤其是对冲击系统的运动特性、状态量变化以及冲击内筒结构参数与冲击能输出关系研究不足。通过建立冲击机构气动系统的数学模型,并利用AMESim软件建立捣固镐运动模型进行仿真计算,获得冲击系统状态量变化曲线及运动特性曲线。仿真结果显示,在此运动系统中,冲击内筒响应速度非常快,与压气活塞有一致的运动频率,作业时性能十分稳定。与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了AMESim仿真模型具有较高的可靠性。使用仿真软件中的多参数批处理功能分析内筒直径和内筒质量对捣固镐输出的影响,并使用MATLAB R2018b绘制图像,得到了内筒直径、内筒质量的最优参数范围。该研究方法和结论可为同类产品结构设计及性能改进提供理论依据。 Internal combustion tamping pick is a kind of small maintenance machine with high frequency impact movement,which is widely used in railway maintenance operations.There are few researches on the design theory of tamping pick,especially on the motion characteristics of the impact system,the change of state quantity,and the relationship between the structure param⁃eters of the impact inner cylinder and the impact energy output.Through the establishment of the mathematical model of the pneu⁃matic system of the impact mechanism and the use of AMESim software to establish the motion model of the tamping pick for simu⁃lation calculation,the state quantity curve and the motion characteristic curve of the impact system are obtained.The simulation results show that in this motion system,the impact inner cylinder responds very fast,has the same motion frequency as the com⁃pression piston,and the performance is very stable during operation.Compared with the theoretical calculation results,the AMESim simulation model is verified to have high reliability.The multi-parameter batch function in the simulation software was used to analyze the influence of the inner cylinder diameter and the inner cylinder mass on the tamping output,and the image was drawn using MATLAB R2018b,and the optimal parameter range of the inner cylinder diameter and the inner cylinder mass was obtained.The research method and conclusion can provide theoretical basis for the design and performance improvement of similar products.
