压缩感知改进探地雷达回波信号时延估计 被引量:1

摘要 针对探地雷达回波受环境及多径干扰而导致时延估计的精度和速度不满足应用需求的问题,提出了基于改进快速匹配追踪的时延估计算法,算法首先基于压缩感知理论对雷达探地回波进行稀疏分解和重构,以提高信号的信噪比,消除回波中强干扰信号对时延估计的影响,然后采用QR分解优化的快速正交匹配追踪对时延估计模型进行求解,降低基函数错选概率,提高模型收敛速度。仿真实验表明,算法能够有效均衡回波信号中强信号分量和弱信号分量,具有较高的回波时延估计精度。 Aiming at the problem that the accuracy and speed of delay estimation do not meet the application requirements due to the environment and multipath interference of the ground penetrating radar echo,a delay estimation algorithm based on im⁃proved fast matching tracking is proposed.In the proposed method,the ground penetrating echo of the radar is firstly sparsely de⁃composed and reconstructed based on the compressed sensing theory to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal eliminating the influence of the strong interference signal in the echo on the delay estimation.And then,the optimized fast orthogonal match⁃ing tracking based on QR decomposition is used to solve the time delay estimation model,reducing the probability of wrong selec⁃tion of the base function and increasing the speed of model convergence.The simulation results show that the method can effective⁃ly avoid the influence of strong and weak components in the time-delay estimation of GPR echo signal,and has high time-do⁃main estimation accuracy.
